Operations Technician at Stenungsundshem
Stenungsundshem is a publicly owned housing company, fully owned by Stenungsund Municipality. Stenungsundshem owns and manages over 2000 residential units. With responsibility, efficiency, and collaboration as guiding principles, we create good relationships with our tenants. This is reflected in high customer satisfaction and well-being. At Stenungsundshem, we work broadly across departmental boundaries and collaborate on many issues. We strive for diversity in our recruitment and welcome applicants who can help us become a more diversified workplace. Those of us who work here are committed, ambitious, and service-oriented. Employee well-being is the key to success – and everyone who works here contributes to it.
Responsibilities
As an Operations Technician at Stenungsundshem, you will work both independently and in a team within the company's properties. Your task is to participate in both daily and planned property operations. You will work with energy and operational optimization, supervision, troubleshooting, and repairs of technical installations within heating, ventilation, monitoring systems, and control and regulation.
Your role includes creating and maintaining good relationships with our tenants by being accommodating and professional.
An important task is to monitor and troubleshoot using the operational monitoring systems we work with, primarily systems from KTC. Therefore, it is crucial that you have an interest in and knowledge of similar systems. You will also participate in the development planning of the properties you work with. In addition to colleagues, you will have the support of contracted contractors we collaborate with, particularly in the areas of ventilation, plumbing, and electrical work.
Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you should have relevant education in electrical, HVAC, or property management. We prefer that you have experience in the operation and maintenance of properties. It is also advantageous if you have good knowledge of control and regulation as well as monitoring systems.
New buildings are often more technology-intensive compared to older ones, and to meet this, you need to have a genuine interest in property technology and enjoy this development. It is also essential that you like problem-solving. Furthermore, we value that you are service-oriented, have an easy time building and maintaining relationships. You work well with others by being attentive and flexible and can adapt to situations and individuals. You are secure and stable with good self-awareness. You are used to taking responsibility for your tasks and working in a structured manner.
For this role, you must express yourself well in Swedish, both spoken and written, and have a valid driver's license (B).
